MonoRS Coilover damper kit by Godspeed Project are intermediate suspension upgrade setup for daily and Sunday club racing. Lowering your car with improved springs over factory and paired with Mono-tubo shocks with valving that allows 32 levels of rebound adjustment to improve handling without sacrifice comfort. Ride height can easily be adjusted by twisting the lower mount bracket. In order to keep weight gain at the minimum, most of attachments and accessories are CNC machined from billet aluminum. Koyo bearings are used when camber plate top mount is applicable depends on car models. To assure that our customers are getting high quality products, MonoRS coilovers are covered by 12 months limited warranty by the manufacturer from top to bottom just like other big brand name setups.

Features:

  • Improved Springs Rate To Help Ride Handling And Response
  • Valving Allows 32 Precise Levels of Rebound Adjustment
  • Koyo Japan 6204z Bearing To Improve Piston Strokes Smoother
  • Larger Capacity 52mm Mono-tube Shock Design, Anti-Corrosion Anodized Finished
  • Racing Grade Shock Oil With High Viscosity Index
  • Weight Saving Aluminum Components And Carbon Steel Lower Mount Brackets
  • Independent Ride Height and Spring Pre-load Adjustments

Air to Coil Conversion Tips:

1. Damper and Air Pressure Spoofing
Factory air struts feature electronic damping valves and pressure sensors. When the system detects these are missing, it throws a fault.

  • The Fix: You need electronic cancellation modules. These are essentially dummy load resistors or CAN bus spoofers wired into the factory harness at each corner to trick the ECU into reading the correct voltage and resistance, making it believe the air struts and electronic dampers are still plugged in and fully pressurized.

2. Ride Height Sensor Calibration
Air suspension systems use mechanical linkage arms attached to the lower control arms to read the vehicle's ride height. This data isn't just used for the air bags; it feeds into the headlight auto-leveling system, traction control, and ABS.

  • The Fix: When installing coilovers, you often need to lock these height sensor arms into a fixed, neutral position (using custom brackets or zip-ties in a pinch). If the sensors drop to full droop because the air bag is gone, the car will assume it has suffered a catastrophic suspension collapse.

3. Disabling the Air Compressor
With coilovers installed, the ASM will continuously try to fire up the air compressor to inflate the "missing" air bags, which will eventually burn out the compressor motor.

  • The Fix: You must pull the main fuse and relay for the air suspension compressor.

The Software Alternative: CCF Editing

Instead of using physical cancellation modules, the cleanest way to convert a car to coilovers is through software. Using a dealership-level diagnostic tool (like the JLR SDD software for Jaguar/Land Rover platforms), you can dive into the Car Configuration File (CCF).

By editing the CCF, you can completely remove the "Air Suspension" build string and tell the car's network that it rolled off the assembly line with passive coil springs. This disables the ASM entirely, meaning you can bolt on your coilovers, strip out the heavy compressor, air tank, and valve blocks, and never see a dashboard warning light.

Warranty Note Your parts are covered for one full year from your purchase date. To process any warranty claim, we'll need proof of purchase from an authorized dealer along with documentation showing the defect through photos and video. We request visual evidence upfront so you can keep the defective part rather than shipping it back to us for inspection.
